Yes. The free tier is fully offline and requires zero information — no email, no name, no age. You can use it on a phone, tablet, or computer without ever creating an account. An account is only required for the paid Family features like cloud sync.
One click from your account page → "Manage billing" → Cancel. No phone calls, no retention dances. You keep access until the end of your paid period. Your child's progress, stickers, and castle remain intact on the free tier forever.
Yes — 14 days free on both monthly and annual plans. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you'll never be charged. We also offer a 30-day refund window on annual plans (no questions asked).
These are common growth-plate and overuse conditions in active kids (and adults, for plantar fasciitis) that respond well to consistent daily stretching. Sever's affects the heel growth plate, Osgood-Schlatter affects the knee, and plantar fasciitis is heel/arch pain from a tight plantar fascia. Every exercise in Stretch Quest was chosen from widely-used physical therapy protocols for these conditions. Always consult your doctor or PT before starting.
No. Stretch Quest is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. We help kids stay consistent with stretches their PT or doctor already prescribed. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if there's an existing medical condition.
The Sage theme was designed with gentler, chair-friendly variants appropriate for adults and seniors. Every user (or their guardian) completes a safety consent form before their first session, confirming medical clearance. If a doctor or PT has cleared the exercises, the app will make them vastly more likely to actually get done.
On the free tier, zero — everything stays on your device. On the Family tier, we store only what you give us: a parent email, the first names you choose for each child, and their in-game progress. We never use children's data for advertising. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
A daily quest is 5 exercises, typically 8–12 minutes. Short enough to actually finish, long enough to make a difference. Designed to slot into a bedtime or before-school routine.
