Every new Family subscription comes with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel any time before the trial ends, you will never be billed. You can cancel from your account page or through the Stripe Customer Portal.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day refund window: if you are unhappy with the service, contact us at support@playstretchquest.com within 30 days of the initial charge and we will refund the full amount.
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid period.
If you see a duplicate charge or believe you were charged in error, email us at support@playstretchquest.com with your Stripe receipt. We will investigate and, if the charge was made in error, issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no phone calls, no friction. Go to your account page, click "Manage billing", and select cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your child's progress, stickers, and castle remain intact on the free tier.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Opening a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate termination of your account.
